I strongly recommend scheduling appointments in advance to make sure you get the appointment time you want. Because I have many regulars, my schedule can fill up quickly. There are times, however, when I have openings in my schedule, so you can call and try to get in the same day. Re-Scheduling/Cancellation/Late Start Policy
Late Starts:
I encourage you to show up for your appointment about 5 minutes prior to the appointment time. That way you have time to undress and decompress on the table without cutting into your hands-on time. If you choose not to show up the 5 minutes early, you can expect the actual session to be about 5 minutes shorter than your allotted time (i.e. 55 minutes for an hour appointment). If you show up later than your appointment time, your massage will still end when it was supposed to. I will do my best to give you the best session in the time remaining, and you will be charged for the full amount of time booked. Rescheduling or Cancellations: Because I reserve the time slot especially for you, I ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you'll be expected to pay full price for the session. If you move your appointment to a later time and date, the policy still applies. Because I may turn away other clients to hold the appointment time for you, the policy applies even if you made the appointment for the same day. Emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. That being said, I ask you to please call to reschedule if you are sick ~ not only is massage NOT a good idea for YOUR body when you're sick, but it also helps me keep myself and my other clients healthy!
